The search for a replacement has already begun, according to François de Grivel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the institute.

The Director of Fashion and Design Institute, Iris Peitzmeier, submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors aware of the past week. When questioned, the chairman of the board of directors, Francois de Grivel, confirmed his departure. He explains that this is an internal matter for the institute. Moreover, it suggests that there was indeed an agreement between the outgoing and the Fashion and Design Institute.

” There was actually an agreement with management and herself so that her contract is over … There is a second question of internal organization that requires us to take a joint decision, that is to say, the former director and the Board of Directors , “said Francois de Grivel.

Chairman of the Board of Fashion and Design Institute also asserts that the process of recruitment of a successor to Ms. Peitzmeier has already begun.

Since the arrival of Mrs. Peitzmeier as the direction of Fashion and Design Institute, relations between the latter, teachers, and students are relatively tense.
