Voila Elections are over in the country and now to tell ya the information that Alliance of Labour Party takes yet another 5 Years of Government. Alliance party party l’avenir (PMSD, MSM and Labour Party) The great alliance takes the show this year awaited elections. Our predictions were almost close to the results we got in here 41 :18:1 the most unpredictable results which no one expected. Now we would hear all the party gimmicks of opponents of every party. The most unpredictable one is from quatre-bornes and NO13. Well Mr.Ramano from MMM got into the list topping 2nd from 3 candidate list and it was very close.
Just waiting for Mr.Paul Berenger for his speech in coming days, we would surely want to follow what would be the twist he would be talking this time, and the Labour party of quatre-bornes what they would talk about. Well why Labour Party lost 1 seat in quatre-bornes town ” Was it Mr.Sitanen issue which dragged the 2nd seat, or is it Labour Party Members were too confident or what so ever, or was there any back biting issues with the agents. Well we don’t have any knoweledge related to that, but surely we will get the complete information from other sources in coming days for sure, coz we have to remember its politics and in politics everything would leak one day or other.
So now that Alliance party l’avenir won the elections with 41 leading seats compared to the 38 almost we suppose in 2005. So they won something really good majority over other parties like MMM and other independent parties. So what happened to the Heart magic, was it Port Louis issue or something else or people tired of hearing “Once Upon a Time stories” these days, well to our knowledge is seems that political party leaders generally are too much over confident of their talks and generally they think common public is too damn stupid to be judging something which tend to forget “Even PUBLIC can think”
To the surprise when we follow up the trend of voting, most of the places there has not been a “VOTE BLOCK” scenario in the country, coz we can see people voted and split votes and voted for the people, not for the party. Well if it was a Vote Block Scenario, we don’t think even MMM could have achieved 18 seats, so this is what we think so far. Tomorrow we will get some more information related to POSTMORTEM of the general elections 2010 in Mauritius.
By 9 P.M or something there must be a Alliance party l’avenir press meet at Swami Vivekananda Conventional Centre in Mauritius so we must be going there to see whats really happening and talking about. So lets hope for the best for Mauritius.
